Marion is an innovative communicator and leadership coach with a passion for developing people and multiplying God’s redemptive work in the world.

Marion served on the staff of three churches including, most recently as a pastor at Willow Creek Community Church. She chaired the Alpha Chicago board and served on the board of Christ Together Midwest. Marion holds degrees from Trinity International University and Wheaton College in Organizational Leadership and Missional Church Movements.
