Marion Medina is the founder of Generate, a company that provides strategic planning resources to businesses and organizations and spiritual formation tools to individuals. Her book, "The Everyday Jesus Follower's Guide," and daily "Everyday Jesus" Gospel meditations have helped hundreds deepen their faith.

Previously, Marion directed programs for 4word, a global organization serving women in the workplace. In her 4word role Marion oversaw nation-wide groups including the Executive Women 4Christ community. She created 4word’s Emerging Leader's program, oversaw the Mentor Program, and developed content for 4word.

Marion's previous 17-year pastoral ministry career included service at Willow Creek Community Church. Throughout her ministry career she combined organizational development skills with practical discipleship knowledge to create growth strategies focused on equipping and mobilizing organizations and congregations for Jesus' mission.

Marion holds degrees in Organizational Leadership and Missional Church Movements from Trinity International University and Wheaton College. She served as Chairman of the Alpha Chicago Board, partnered with Dr. Rick Richardson to launch the Church Evangelism Institute at Wheaton College's Billy Graham Center, and provided guidance and coaching for pastors as a Christ Together Midwest Board member.

Additionally, Marion developed and led the strategic planning and implementation The Go! Project, an evangelism effort of Christ Together. Her strategic planning guide was used by churches throughout the Christ Together national network.

Marion is known as a visionary spiritual leader, an inspiring communicator, and a developer of people, ideas, and faith-based organizations. Her passion lies in helping individuals and organizations develop healthy, mission-driven cultures through spiritual discernment.
